Get To Know Me!

Hey everybody, welcome to my first ever blog post. I’ve been wanting to start a blog for so long, but I haven’t believed in myself until now. I realised so much in 2017 and it has inspired me to become more confident and have courage to be more adventurous and say yes to more opportunities in 2018. The reason I wanted to create a blog, was because I have always loved writing in journals. I want to be able to continue my passion for writing but in a more modern way- on a computer. I want to be able to use this blog to chat about the subjects that interest me such as: makeup, fashion, lifestyle etc. Equally, I hope blogging will encourage me to have faith in myself and potentially help me towards creating my own style and tone of writing that will help me in the future.

 Anyway, I feel that if I want my blog to connect with other people, then I need to explain a bit about myself for them to connect with me too. I wish to remain partly anonymous for now (this means that I won’t share my full name or where I come from) because even though I believe that I can pursue my ambition with writing, I’m still slightly self-conscious about this experience. However, I will share my interests and hobbies. I love experimenting with makeup, whether that’s creating new eye looks or simply trying a new lip colour, I love everything makeup. Some of my favourite brands are: Morphe (especially the Morphe 35O2 palette), Nyx, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Dose of colours (their ‘classic gloss’ is amazing), Nars, Mac, Zoeva, Marc Jacobs, Too Faced and many more, I still have so many more I would love to try out. I will be aiming to write a number of blogposts all about my interest for makeup. I would not say I am a pro with fashion and I do not purchase from the most expensive brands, but there are bunch of places where I do like to buy clothes from and I’d say I’m getting much more involved and interested in fashion. I really enjoy online shopping when it comes to clothes, I can be on there for hours! I like to buy from missguided, I feel like their clothes are cheap and cheerful. I like their website because the delivery cost is cheap. If there’s one thing you will find out about me is that I don’t like to pay extra costs for things including delivery!  Pretty little thing is another one of my favourites, I feel like you can always find the perfect outfit on there. Misspap, In the style, Lasula and I saw I first are some more of my preferred clothing websites. Lifestyle also interests me because I feel like this category can cover a large variety of subjects. It can include baking, interior, storage, holidays, favourites and much more. Another one of my hobbies is watching YouTube. I mainly really watch makeup tutorials or hauls. I cant really think of much to say about me, but hopefully if you continue reading my blogposts you will start to discover a bit more of my personality.

Finally, I am going to put so much effort into this blog and hope to fill it with content that people will enjoy reading. I am going to try and write about a wide range of topics including: Favourite products, makeup chats, baking and food, fashion look books, hauls, Q&A, reviews on a variety of products, images and much more. I would like to thank you for reading my first blog post (I’m aware it’s not perfect and I’m trying so hard for it to get better) I really hope you enjoyed it and will come back to read more of my blog posts.
